How to Play

Play Alarmy 2 online for free. Alarmy Cristalland is a 24-stage physics puzzle game that takes you to a bucolic alien planet with sleepy pink aliens. It's up to our titular hero to wake them up. Get Alarmy to the sleeping aliens in one piece. Collect coffee cups and finish the level quickly for extra stars. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

Select the green play button to load the welcome screen.

On the welcome screen, select the blue play button on the rocket to begin.
Toggle the game’s audio through the sound button on the upper right corner.
The game will begin with a short cutscene explaining its premise.
Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
Game Controls
- Desktop
  - With your mouse, left click to select.
  - Touchscreen devices
    - Tap on the screen with your fingers to select.
    - The upper left corner of each level show you if you have collected the coffee cup & how many seconds you have to get the timing based star.
      - The first two levels have one star, the third level has two stars, and the remaining twenty one levels have three stars each.
      - The level timer starts after you click on an item.
      - The upper right corner of the screen has level reset and level select buttons.
      - Game Play
        Level selection
        The game begins immediately from launch.
        You can access the level selection screen by pressing the level selection button on the upper right corner.
        Each of the 24 levels are unlocked in sequence. Only level 1 is playable at the start.
        You can replay any of the levels you’ve unlocked.
        Interface
        Both the reset button and the level selection button are found in the upper right corner of the screen.
        Basic concept
        Roll Alarmy the alarm clock alien to a sleeping beast to wake them up.
        To move Alarmy, smash various glass items that stand in his way.
        In some cases you need to carry Alarmy in the glass temporarily.
        This game introduces cheese blocks and cheese rolls which operate similarly to glass.
        Alarmy rides escalators on some levels.
        Click the switch in their center to change their direction.
        Alarmy also bounces off of red springs.
        You may need to remove glass blocks from above to adjust direction.
        Be sure to get Alarmy beside the monster safely.
        Plan the fall path to avoid various hazards including:
        Spikes: fixed or retractable
        Electric shock: constant or intermittent
        Falling off platform
        Remove obstacles in the correct order.
        In some cases you will need to move items in rapid succession, time falling on moving platforms, and/or have items which push Alarmy which you must destroy at precise times to control momentum.
        The direction you come from and how much momentum you have are important for avoiding dangers & trying to beat the level quickly enough to get the star for finishing the level fast.
        When the monster awakes, you’ve cleared the level.
        In later levels, collect coffee cups to gain a score boost.
        While you don’t need to collect the coffee cups to clear the level, they award you a higher star rating.
        Tips
        Sometimes this is a game of trial and error. Find the correct order by experimenting on different components and how Alarmy reacts to them.
        Exercise caution when removing items. Anticipate where Alarmy might move to mitigate the chances of getting hurt.
        Sometimes, it’s all about timing. Be patient yet move fast.
        One of the three stars is for how quickly you beat the level.
        A well-timed click at the right spot could be all you need to get the highest rating in a level.
        If you get less than a three-star rating on a level and are frustrated by it consider playing subsequent levels & then coming back to it after completing the game.
        Level advice
        There were a few levels I found a bit tricky on first play through.
        On level 10 you have to land the cheese stuck under the spinning wood piece, have Alarmy fall to the left, bounce up, and then click the cheese to clear it out before Alarmy gets to it again.
        On level 16 you need to use the cheese multiple times. First to roll across to grab the coffee cup, then to stop you so that you have less momentum when you roll onto the moving platform below.
        On level 23 you must break the lower triangle glass on the left before breaking the triangle glass above it. Wait until you get Alarmy to land on the piece of cheese & then break the cheese so Alarmy can fall to a stop without getting electricuted.

        Accomplishments
        The game has 10 different accomplishments.
        Tiro: Complete the tutorial levels.
        Beginner: Earn 10 stars.
        Star Master: Earn 30 stars.
        Expert: Earn 48 stars.
        The King: Earn 66 stars.
        Winner: Complete all 24 levels.
        Dogged: Burn Alarmy 10 times.
        Pusher: Push Alarmy 10 times.
        Breaker: Break 10 elements.
        Crusher: Break 50 elements.
        You can view the accomplishments by selecting the trophy button on the bottom center of the level selection screen.
        Target Audience
        People of all ages who like simple physics puzzles should like this game.
        The game has no adult content.
